Why it is so Hard to Eat Well on Weekends
September 22nd, 2008
Though I haven’t really been trying to diet, I have been trying to make healthier food choices. Well, at least during the week. This past weekend, however, it all went out the window.

I need to change my diet. I refuse to say that I am going on a diet. That phrase is so negative, so restrictive and depressing. Worse of all, “going on a diet” sounds like a temporary thing, and this is not a temporary thing.
