in other words:

you're loosing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, so since these two things are happening at the same time your weight is the same. Also since you're eating more while only eating healthy things your body's metabolism is rising which keeps fat in check. Don't change a damned thing, it sounds like you've hit the sweet spot.</description>
