I stumbled upon this website today and it has some really insightful articles relating to diet, exercise, and nutrition. Here’s one that I just finished reading that I found really interesting. It contains information I’ve heard before (about high intensity vs low intensity mainly), but it helps drive home that concept for me and convinces me that I need to focus more on high intensity exercise in order to achieve the body I want.
