Quick Diet Note
I’m having lunch, and they brought in both white rice and brown rice. As much as I love white rice (and I mean LOVE), I chose to have the brown rice.
It’s really not bad at all. I’ve decided that if I have a choice, I’ll chose the healthier option. More often than not, it’s still very tasty.
If I don’t have a choice, I’m not going to beat myself up about it and make sure that for the future, I don’t get into situations where I’m stuck like that.
