Day 2 Back at the Gym

It’s about 6:30 Tuesday morning. I usually get up around 8, 8:15. It was surprisingly easy to get up this morning. Probably the excitement of something new - the anticipation. Motivation Tip for Getting to the Gym

Like I’ve said before, and I’m sure I’ll say many times over, getting to the gym is the hardest part.  Being there is great.

Tomorrow it begins

It’s 11:30 PM. I should be asleep. It’s going to be quite an adjustment going to bed early, but I know how important sleep is.
