Here’s what I try to do every day to improve my health and fitness:

  • Take multivitamin
  • Take biotin
  • Take fish oil
  • Log 10,000 steps on my pedometer
  • Get 30 minutes of cardio (either a run or “aerobic steps” on my pedometer)
  • Drink a cup of coffee or tea
